Interment Equipment

Our Interment Equipment, thoughtfully designed and meticulously crafted, stands as a testament to the care we extend to those we lay to rest. From casket-lowering devices that move with the gentlest of touches to motorized lifts that lift with dignity, our equipment ensures that the final moments are as profound and respectful as the lives they commemorate.

CASKET LOWERING DEVICE

A mechanical or hydraulic apparatus specifically constructed to facilitate the gentle, controlled descent of a casket into a burial plot or vault. It consists of a frame, straps or harnesses, and a winch or lowering mechanism that enables a gradual and respectful lowering of the casket. It is a tool that contributes to the respectful and professional handling of the deceased during the interment process, providing comfort to the bereaved and enhancing the overall quality of funeral services.

STEEL VAULT MOULD

A specialized mold is used in manufacturing burial vaults or grave liners, which are protective containers placed in the ground to encase caskets. It ensures consistency, quality, and efficiency in the manufacturing process, ultimately serving the purpose of providing a durable and protective outer shell for caskets placed in the ground. This helps maintain the integrity and preservation of the deceased and their resting place.

LID LOWERING DEVICE

A Lid Lowering Device is used to silently lower the cover of the vault mold to the ground to ensure tranquility and smoothness of operations finalizing the interment process. The equipment eradicates a loud noise commonly heard from chain blocks when a vault lifter trailer is used to lower the vault mold cover.

REAR DUMP TRAILER

A type of trailer that has a synonymous purpose as the side dump trailer handling soil from burial lots. The term "rear dump" indicates that the trailer is designed to tilt or dump its cargo towards the rear end, allowing for the efficient unloading of soil or other items.

SIDE DUMP TRAILER

A type of trailer designed for transporting and unloading bulk materials, such as soil, gravel, or debris, in a lateral or sideways manner. These trailers are commonly used in traditional burial or interment processes and can serve specific purposes in cemeteries.

VAULT LIFTER TRAILER

A type of trailer that serves the essential purpose of efficiently and safely transporting and lowering burial vaults during the interment process. It contributes to the smooth and dignified conduct of burials in cemeteries and ensures that the final resting place is prepared with care and respect.

MOTORIZED LIFT

A mechanized system designed to lift and lower caskets or remains during the burial or interment process. These are commonly used in cemeteries to assist with the handling and placement of caskets into burial plots, crypts, mausoleums, or other final resting places.

INTERMENT CARPET

Interment carpets are designed to provide a smooth and dignified lowering of the casket or urn into the burial plot. They allow for a controlled descent, ensuring that the process is respectful and does not cause abrupt movements or disturbances.

INTERMENT TENT

An interment tent, also known as a burial tent or grave tent, is a temporary structure used during the interment (burial) process in a cemetery. It serves multiple essential purposes during the burial process, ranging from practical considerations such as weather protection to the emotional and symbolic aspects of creating a dignified and respectful space for the final farewell.

METAL SHEET PILE

Metal sheet piles in interment equipment serve as a critical component in the construction of burial vaults and grave liners. Their primary purpose is to provide structural support, protection, and durability to ensure a dignified and secure final resting place for the deceased.
